Twelve years prior to the start of the story, Ging Freecss left his infant son, Gon, with Gon's aunt, Mito, on Whale Island. Gon, who was told all his life that both his parents were dead, finds out from Ging's apprentice, Kite, that his old man is still alive and has since become an accomplished Hunter.Hunters are licensed, elite members of humanity who are capable of tracking down secret treasures, rare beasts, or even other individuals.Gon leaves his home to become a Hunter like his father by taking the Hunter Examination, a series of brutal tests involving skill, survival, and teamwork.During the exam, Gon meets and eventually befriends three of the other applicants: Kurapika, the last remaining member of the Kurta clan whom wishes to become a Hunter in order to avenge his clan and recover their scarlet-glowing eyes, plucked from their corpses by a band of thieves known as the Phantom Troupe; Leorio, a prospective physician who desires the financial benefits Hunters receive in order to pay for medical school; and Killua Zoldyck, another twelve-year-old boy who has left his former life as a member of the world's most notorious assassin family.Among many other examinees, Gon continuously encounters Hisoka, a mysterious and deadly conjurer whom takes an interest in Gon. The Final Phase of the Hunter Exam sees Gon passing the official part of the exam in anticlimax and Killua failing after killing another applicant out of frustration. However, it is then revealed that one more secret task is required of the applicants for them to pass the Exam. Shiliew confronts the Blackbeard Pirates while Hannyabal stands before Luffy and his group. However, Hannyabal is beaten down by Luffy and finished off by Blackbeard, who somehow bypassed Shiliew. Luffy then realizes that Blackbeard was the one who captured Ace.

One Piece Episode 543

Toriko and Komatsu are seen fishing when Komatsu catches a Harusame. After defeating it, Luffy suddenly comes out of the Harusame's mouth and surprises Toriko and Komatsu. Soon, the Sunny arrives and Chopper is revealed to be sick. In order to make him feel better, they have to find the "Seafood Fruit" and make Chopper eat it. Thus, Luffy, Toriko and the rest head off to To-Chuka Island.

The story now goes 15 years into the past, as Neptune, holding a baby Shirahoshi, comments on how Tiger's actions will make Fishman Island unable to attend the World Summit for a while. Otohime comments that they could never have stopped him after hearing the voice in his heart. Tiger's attack on Mariejois, is spread to the whole island and everyone celebrates his attack and freeing the slaves, calling him the hero of Fishman Island. Otohime tries to get others to sign her petition for migrating to the human world, only to be turned down by the people due to them celebrating Fisher Tiger and his attack and they all leave. At the Fishman District a young Hody Jones and New Fishman Pirates all comment on Tiger's attack and wish to have joined them. They cheer them on believing that their goal is killing humans.

One Piece Episode 541

The storyline in here isn’t exactly varied since it’s still dealing with the eraly days as Naruto is growing in his training, sparring against Sasuke regularly because of the friction between them and getting smacked around by Sakura when appropriate. While there’s rivalries and tensions, the larger shadow has yet to fall on the group as they’re focused mostly on what they’ve been trying to achieve. All of that changes with the way Sasuke is looking for something more in order to achieve his goals and we can see how some of those hooks being put into him were done, since there were those within the village that were operating on a different plan. The main thrust that we see here is the slow but steady change in how Sasuke perceives Naruto. While they’ve grown up “together” in way, Naruto has been easy to dismiss. Watching him in the midst of a fight here shows him how much Naruto has grown and that’s what slowly begins to change their relationship.

Naruto Shippuuden Episode 258

This episode covered all the events that happened back when Team 7 were still in their early pre-Genin days at the academy, and ended right at the start of the Land of Waves arc. Of course with cramming so much in, it was edited heavily to squeeze everything in and was very much a rush job. I won’t bother describing the events of the episode, as I am pretty sure anyone who is reading this will already know what happened well enough.

When Yamato, Aoba and Motoi try to subdue Kabuto, he sheds his human form and appears as a giant snake, swallowing Yamato and delivering him as a hostage to Tobi, who has taken one of Nagato’s Rinnegan and implanted it to replace his lost eye.
